Where do you ship your products?
We ship to all 50 states and American territories, as well as internatyional markets.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Domestic Shipping Times (after processing):
- USPS Priority Mail orders will be delivered 1-3 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express is available 7 days a week and these orders will be delivered 1-2 days.
- UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery in 2 business days to most locations within the US and Puerto Rico.
- UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within 3 business days within the contiguous US.
- UPS Ground offers delivery in 1-5 business days.
International Shipping Times (after processing):
- DHL Express delivers within 1-3 business days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email hi@shoplunesbyfelicia.com with your order number.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email hi@shoplunesbyfelicia.com and we'll help resolve your issue.
