Refund policy

At Lunes by Felicia, we want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read through our return and exchange policy below.

1. Returns - We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Candles that have been burned or show signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Exchanges - If you received a damaged or defective candle, we offer exchanges at no additional cost. Please contact us at hi@shoplunesbyfelicia.com within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. We’ll guide you through the process and arrange for a replacement.

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item - To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact hi@shoplunesbyfelicia.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For exchanges, include details about the item you wish to replace it with.

We’ll respond with instructions on how to send your item back and a prepaid return label. The return address is 1404 Oak Tree Rd #4 PMB 2025, Iselin, NJ 08830. 

Please securely package the item in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

4. Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items - If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hi@shoplunesbyfelicia.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by either issuing a full refund or sending you a replacement at no cost.

6. Final Sale Items - Certain items, including custom-made or clearance candles, are marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page.
